Default When should we expect the interview calls?
Gandalf Sir, since you are an employee of SBP yourself, can you please enlighten us about the expected dates for interviews (when would they begin and when would the people of Lahore have a chance) as the selected candidates for OG-2 have received their offer letters today.
Secondly, if you have any idea about the strength of the batches this time, please let us know.

I remember interview letters will be dispatched this week or the next, as SBP BSC wants to commence interview process before February end. I am not sure which centers will be catered to first (Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore).

Traditionally, 60 trainee batches have been selected. It may well continue this year too.

Dear Bahawal Raza..that's a good score...i scored 67 in og1 and 65 in og2 and have been selected as og-2 trainee ypip 4th batch...they say," hope for the best but prepare for the worst"..prepare for your interview and give it your best shot...this "low score thinking" will be messing with your head all the time if you keep thinking about it...you have a great chance...you just have to cash it..Best of luck..

If your application form meets all the criteria mentioned in the ad and at the nts website where the result was displayed, you have equal chances to be called for interview.

After seeing the no. of unsuccessful candidates at the OG-2 thread, I am totally disappointed. I am hunting for jobs since last June and have even emailed my CVand cover letters several times. I have not got a single response despite scoring 95 percent marks in my baccalaureate (3.79 CGPA). I don't now where will people like us get allocated

I must say Wow...95%...I guess you don't have to worry if you have that %age...

I specialize in monetary economics, development and growth economics, international trade, econometrics and SPSS and still I have been unable to get a job despite having distinctions in all these areas. I have got As at 93 percent, which people would get at 80 to 85 percent at other universities. Even banks did not give any response. I was pretty sure to get an internship at CERP too as I was meeting their requirements (even sent my transcript which is full of As and A minuses, plus an internship from SBP itself) but I never got any reply. Such is the irony of fate when you have an ordinary, average background.

I was able to make 77 in NTS test for SBP, being second highest scorer from Lahore. However, seeing how candidates who are even more educated got knocked out, all I can say that I am very disheartened.
