I received the same letter as well. I am in Hyderabad.

finally ju candidates es job ky liye select ho jaty hai tu kaya unhy 1 yeh 2 years ka bond sign karwye gy jiss tarah UBL Bbo walo ko 2 years ka bond sign kar waya tha.. yeh phr yeh job Free of bond hai jab chahye job chor dy and getting the experience certificte?
