As I called to ZTBL Head Office last week, they said probably letters will be issued and received by the end of April.

Mene cal ki thi aj letter sb ko issue ho gaye hain thursday ko ab koi letter issue nhi hona becoz pf courrier service kc ko saturday ko receive hova letter tu kc ko monday ko yh ek roumor h k pora week issue hony hain dnt w8 and gud luck for next oppertunity☺
