Thats totally unfair,without any announcement of result,directly calling for interview.Its against merit and might be bypass of meritocracy and randomely calling for interview and gives seats at end relatives and friends.

No doubt its unfair..we pay fee and its our right to know our marks ..Nts means noun leaug testing service ..these seats are given on political and relative..Go Nawaz Go..totally corrupt system..

Wait wait.. i have no relatives or anyone related to ztbl.. i have given about 14 to 16 nts tests so far and thats how i know my expected marks.. when i gave state bank test the eesult was declared on nts after three months of test date.. thats because selected candidates were called for interviews already..
i dont see any randomness in the process..
Now it is unfair to declare it random selection. Dont call it unfair when u cant compete

hey Why are you getting so angry. . Kisi ne apko to point out nhe kia. Achi bat ha apko interview letter aya hai , but aik general bat ki gai hai jesa k hota hai govt. Organizations me. Just test clear krna he sb kuch nahe hota, hmaray bhi bray test clear huay han,, but interview k baad he asal corruption hoti hai idhr. . So don't mind and Good Luck be with you..

Indeed, it is unfair to call for interviews without announcing the written result or merit list. Standard procedure would have been the announcement of written result followed by the dispatchment of interview letters.

However, it seems NTS will later on announce the written result, as our fellow member here mentioned the case of State bank's recruitment process conducted by NTS on similar pattern.

Friends never mind but you should now that banking sector main merit list humesha region aur area wise banti hai bcoz posting specific area main hoti ha......yeh to nai hota k lahore walay ko karachi main appoint kar dain................. is liye koi better paper attemt kar aye to yeh lazmi nai k wo apne region main bhi compete kar raha ho..

Friends this is unfair what NTS has done... The result should be displayed and then letters should be dispatched. But this is every organization own procedure and ZTBL is an old bank with old procedures and processes. With no mails and sms or call, old procedure for interview. Any how good luck for those who are called and b patient... because sometimes you pray for an apple and the God is in the mood to give you a basket.... NTS this is not fair.. I m patient hahahahahaha...

And especially to one of our friends.. he says" that if You can't compete". Bro mind it... Receiving a letter for interview is not competition. call it a fluke. There are more elegant and intelligent candidates than you. But if they aren't called it means that Allah has something best for them. So don't show off. And yes this is unfair NTS and the ZTBL system and u will see their that how many are their own... I KNW THEM hehehehhe...

All those who crying of foul play or merit list. Can you please tell did you give college uni exam any entrance test for admission in college uni etc or was it a test for job in any organization. How many organizations will prepare a meritt list like a uni exam and will handover to all the applicants. People here fail to understand ZTBL took test so that they can shortlist better quality of applicants for interview they cant call the whole pak for interview. ZTBL must be calling all those people who have secured a certain percentage of marks. I too got a call letter and i dont know anyone in ZTBL neither ive any sifarish. I was expecting around 60 marks.
