My brother said that was a formality and interview was of only 5 minutes. questions related my bro's current job. but those who have not any experience , are asked agricultural related questions not very complicated. just agricultural terminologies. and also about why to join ZTBL and some personal question. well, it depends on the panel members.

Aren't you going to tell us the each and every question that was asked in his two interviews? Are you from Lahore or Sargodha?

he didn't told me exact questions, he just said that was related his current job because he has alot experience as he is a Credit Manager ..
But from other threads, i come to know that questions will be related to agronomy... And those who have any experience will definitely be asked their previous job experience.
I'm from Sargodha.

one thing more, my brother's interview was not for OG-3 Post. That was for higher post so our interview will not be same..

If you're shortlisted for interview doesn't mean you are hired, don't want to argue on this.
They'll ask agronomy questions from a B.com degree holder? At Gujarat center majority was B.com degree holder.

Hunaina!you are right.References and recommendations will play their role in the selection process.But we have to put our full efforts.Rest should be left to only Allah.Your brother is true in all respect because of his experience before and after selection.
