test was ov 50 marks n Shukr ALLAH PAK ka my test was excellent interview conducted by a panel ov 5 people,all were chartered accountants n only testing bookish knowledge,like Economics,Accounting Standards n Financial Management Concepts...all 5 people asking Q's but not inquire about my job n practical experience,,,

From multan 14-15 candidates were appear in DM test n only 3 ov us were shortlisted for interview,,,

Please share what type of questions they asked.

First ov all: they started with Economics: 1 Difference btween fiscal n monetary policy
2 Contents ov current account in BOP
3 Role ov central bank in banking ov any country??
than Financial Accounting:
1 what are Contingent Liabilities and in which section ov Balance Sheet these are shown??
2 what is Deffered Taxation under IAS 12,in which circumstances a Deffered Tax Asset can be recognized??
3 define the conditions ov Insurance Contracts unde IFRS 4??
4 diff b/w Depreciation n Amortization??
5 what iz the meaning ov Consistency in Accounting??
than Financial Management:
1 what is a Pay Back Period?? n Discounted Pay Back Period??
2 IRR, its use n Limitations??
3 calculation Ov COC by Diff Techniques...

than they ask about my job n pay I am currently receiving,my Domicile,use ov Microsoft Office....that's it :O
almost consuming 15 to 20 minutes on each candidate...

I suggest you all to be prepared for bookish questions
n be confident is the key as no one can answer all these Questions...

any update of AM test results and interview?

interviews of AM will take some time as high political pressure is involved. interviews will be in the mid of november as told by state life employees.

Appointment letter for the Post of DM has been issued and received by successful candidates....
Any member of this forum got appointed???

Any Update Regarding AM Interview / Selection?

no update yet.but it is quite strange that AM test was conducted before DM and still no interviews of AM and DM's are appointed.

Senior posts are usually filled first..
2ndly there were only 24 candidates for DM test at Isb...
Now the AMs will be filled then Office Assistants
