Good News for all Selected YPIP's is that major structural changes in HR systems will be taken by Management of SBP-BSC this year. Similar to SBP head office (who upgraded their OG-2 position to Assistant Director in 2009), OG-2 in BSC will also be upgraded to Assistant Director with increased pay and other benifits. Possibly After training of 1st batch, YPIP's will be Appointed as AD.

These thing will be confirmed with passage of time, But we Should hope for Best.

Date of joining NIBAF is announced, Selected candidates will report NIBAF on 1st August 2010. So settle down your previous commitments accordingly...

Initial Salary of AD/OGII in SBP is Rs 34000.

But currently in SBP-BSC salary of OG-2 is 30,000

Is there any chance of selection of more (waiting list) candidates in YPIP, if some of the candidates selected in both YPIP and SBOT 17th opt for SBOT 17th?..

I don't think this practice is done by SBP. In past if in SBOTS 60 are selected, usually 48 to 54 candidates join SBP. But i don't think so management will give chance to waiting list candidates.

I have received joining letter today. 1st batch of YPIP will report NIBAF in the evening of 31st July, 2010. 12 weeks training will start from 2nd August, 2010. Wish u Good Luck, 1st batch.

alahamdullilah, i also got offer letter and have cleared all paper work and will see you all at NIBAF inshallah, please provide me details when to report at NIBAF.
