Again I say that JAIBP is not a grantee or basic requirement for getting a bank job.Graduates and even Intermediate pass people are working in banks then why people go for MBA and other degrees. Answer is just to make their CV more strong. IBP course is more beneficial if you already in a bank. But definitely selection board will prefer a IBP qualified candidate over a simple graduate.

i think in the upcoming exams IBP will give us tough time, do we have to study from 2 books (primary or supplementary) ya aik se hi kaam chal jaye ga

Time is too short to read too many books mentioned by IBP.very difficult to prepare when books are still not available and even we dont know what would be exams pattren as no sample paper is given by ibp according to new course

I'm going to appear in this intake. For Branch banking, I'm using notes provided during training by my Employer.
IT - it's not much difficult.
Business Communication - Learned all topics in BBA, have to revise.

Now they have introduced 2 books for every subject primary & supplementary (that's where the shoe pinches)..and they haven't made new book of IT available yet..
yup..business communication is comparatively easy, but lengthy syllabus of banking laws & economics really drove me crazy last time..

I visited State Bank Lahore yesterday and went to IBP desk. They told that Branch Banking book is out of stock and it would be available after a week minimum.
