Default Relationship between Rational Approach & CSS!

We often hear that,
"CSS is a game of Luck" OR "CSS is all about Sifarash" etc & if there is some new story like a recent one which states that "There is a proposal to change qualification criteria from Bachelor to Masters or M.Phil" then we also start hearing following statements frequently,
"It's Just a Bullshit" OR "It's a fake news" OR "Govt is inefficient" & even some more abusive words as well etc etc.
So honorable ladies & gentleman this is the approach majority choose in connection with CSS & majority fail in CSS as well. Only handful people choose rational path in CSS & most of them manage to crack this game of luck & sifarash just with their rational approach. Legislature will do what they will consider best in the interest of State & Country, Rational approach holders will keep joining the Civil Service fraternity & Those having Irrational approach will keep on adding in their frustration.

So according to your opinion, man should be rational in any condition. What if the budget constraint stuck him in bachelors and he cannot go beyond that.

Would you care to elaborate what exactly is your notion of the "rational approach" that you think should be practiced by everyone?

Even if I take your word and see MPHIL as a sensible prerequisite, how do you defend minimum age requirement of 30? People are supposed to get a degree and then wait for their 30th birthday? This is ludicrous.

what do you exactly meant by rational approach?
after all you are CSP and definitely your words are worthy enough to give justification.

As per my understanding you consider "luck" as irrational element because you were lucky enough to get your goal and now adding salt to injuries of unsuccesful aspirants by expressing your biased views! How unfair!
But i want to say that we muslims believe in "taqdeer". If you have given your bestest attempt in any matter of life and stil remained unsuccessful then do believe that there is Some Highly Merciful and Highly Knowledgeable too Who has the final authority to say "Kunn". If He does not say "Kunn" then you cant achieve your goals no matter you have whole world on your side.
So! The point is, keep thanking your Lord for his blessings and dont ever think that "I" did this and "I" did that because "I" was rational or "I" was very wise and others were irrational.... Hazrat Musa (A.S.) ne b jb kaha tha k han mujh se ziada ilm wala koi nae zameen pe tou Allah ko psand ni aye the yh bat and He asked him to meet Hazrat Khizar (A.S.) who had more knowledge.

With humble submission, Its "add insult to injury" and not "add salt to injury"

It's not "asked" it's 'ask' Because we use first form of verb in past indefinite tense

P.S: Mrkhudi has rightly point out the mistake. People learn from their mistakes so be cool bro.

Stay blessed.
