I talked to an HR manager who once said that when they receive over a thousand filtered CVs (all eligible), they select a 100 at random, and discard the rest. There is simply not enough time to go through them all. In the end, this process saves time and often the results in candidate selection is 'unis bees'.

Imho, FPSC does the same by failing candidates each year in either Islamiat, Essay or Precis. This can be further proven by seeing people with over 750 marks in written being failed in one measly paper.

Therefore no hard feelings. You aren't dimmer than the next person when you fail, you just weren't 'lucky' enough to get a spot on the list.

Its my third attempt. Lets try both hard work and luck. I passed the most fatal paper ESSAY in both attempts. Lets see this time.

Talking

"Communist until you get rich; feminist until you get married; atheist until the airplane starts falling."

With regard to the discussions we usually have on the CSSforum, I would like to add some more wisdom to the above statement: "FPSC-critic until you reach CSA."
