FPSC should not bring changes every year. Too many changes bother the preparation of candidates. What happened if candidates for CSS 2017 who have fourteen years of education are told that you are not eligible for CSS 2017 in September or July, 2016, when they may have prepared for 6 or 7 months? We have many talented Pakistanis who enroll themselves into 2 years degree program like B. A. or B. Com. because of lack of resources, though very poor, but they aspire to be a CSS officer. FPSC should keep all of this in consideration too. I know we have to bring the system at par with India (or any other country), but this should not be done in haste or reckless immediateness that it breaks many poor Pakistanis' hearts away. Any change in the results should be communicated two years earlier or made effective two years later, for the convenience of general, poor, and jobless public of Pakistan.

Dear brother Ali ....we must not question the ingenuity of Fpsc or people pf establishment division .....in its stead we must open our minds for keen analysis of situation ........if they have set minimum qualification to be 16 years ...the people aiming at css with 14 years education acquired can also utilize the extended age limit of 30 years to get to 16 years of education in their way to fulfill the minimum criteria .Regarding your question about poor people ........people connected to the Goals firmly find their way ....and in pakistan if one aspires of css ,he or she can do a simple masters .may be from Allama iqbal university also .......becz fpsc has given 2 extra years ....they are more thoughtful than us .......so criticizing is the easiest task in this world ....but we must think that the people in establishment and planning division and also those in fpsc cannot overshadow these important points ... |
