Poor students of BA/BCOM are always rejected in Pakistan. If BCOM and BA are such worthless degrees, then why do Punjab University and Karachi University award them at all? Why does govt. award these degrees when the govt. itself doesn't want a BCOM or BA degree holder? This is bias and not an equal-opportunity employment.

You are mixing things up .... The BA/BCom/BSc degree is not worthless ... Its just that govt wants its officers to be more learned ... And obviously, no one stops people from pursuing advanced degrees after Bachelors

Govt. doesn't want a B.com/BA/B.Sc(2 years) holder for just CSS, and the proposal of reforms has not been even approved yet. There are so many jobs advertised in provincial/federal public service commission where graduation is just required.

16 years of age rule has been in place since 2009, If i am not wrong at that time when the policy for 2010 was announced. It was mandatory, please comment.

Govt. servant must have two continuous years of service in order to claim age relaxation, and it is mentioned in rules document.

I read in a newspaper that Minister for Planning and Development has announced 16 years of education is mandatory for css from 2017.
