I am in no position to guide, as I am not a CSP myself. However, general rule is to work hard, sleep well and exercise in general, and research, write and discuss in particular. One authentic piece of advise I can give is to read DAWN as much as possible. Don't ignore it. InshAllah, you will be CSP in future.
