If you don't belong to Balochistan and not having two years of govt. job experience, then you are not eligible for application to CE-17. However, since the increased age scheme is applicable from CE-18, you are allowed for CSS 2018.

The policy for CE-2017 is still same as of previous year .New changes has not been confirmed yet as FPSC has not been notified .Any change in the policy will be posted on FPSC website viz a viz rules before submission of forms in Sep/Oct or earlier.

The Public Notice on the FPSC website has been posted online on 29th April 2016 whereas the tweet about age relaxation was on 15th July 2016, so I guess as the age relaxation was announced later it may be applicable for the CE-2017 but wait for the time when FPSC will invite applications for CE-2017.

Called FPSC at (051) 9205075 today where my call was forwarded to the concerned section. I asked about the implementation of 2 years age relaxation from 2017 and they replied to my query in affirmative.
