Default Problem In Departmental Permission Certificate
I am working at BPS-09 in PESCO.I asked clerk for Departmental Permission Certificate,he said that we cannot issue you departmental permission as you are working on contract basis.
If i go without DPC,will that be a problem after clearing CSS?
