Exclamation banking or css

Being banker in gov bank i want some guidance related to css. Having 17th grade banking job it’s good as far as finances are concerned but many bankers around me want to leave n start career in other fields. Also the banking job is monotonous and according to many seniors it’s a unacknowledged job. Being new I am still observing and experiencing. one of my seniors suggested me its high time where i can change my career while keeping in mind the limiting factors like job timings esp for girls, age req ,signing a bond with organization etc etc. I guess this a good place where I can get my confusions cleared. So senior plz guide me. thanx

@o4oasis, dear I am replying to ur post because i have bankers and bureaucrats in my family as well. If you have a job in SBP at directorial level or like that than it is quiet suitable rather than a csp officer, its why u have an opportunity to get loans up to utmost limit and ur monthly increment is absolutely on performance base which is obviously much greater than in public services. in public services the perks and benefits seem to b greater but in fact the case is not like that. could be possible benefits are greater than banking but are low in quality. the big problem is low salary packages. if u r a fair man u cant even bear ur family expenses with this salary. my opinion is focus on ur banking job and do ur best, ALLAH will do better.
