plz tell me,can i appear for both exams CSS and PMS?In the same year.

yes you can appear in both exams if they dont Mingle in schedule.

can anybody please tel me the difference b/w CSS and PMS? And also which one is more beneficial, easy to cover and has better scope???:

PMS is easy than CSS.PMS contains easy syllabus,and PUNJAB GOVT is responsible for all of its rules and exams.
But CSS conducted by the FEDERAL GOVT
