Some confusion, how about person with Dob: 28-06-1987 having two fair attempts with claiming age relaxation, but what if he/she wants to give 2016 attempt ? Any possibility of claiming age relaxation.

He/She will be giving 2014 and 2015, if possible 2016 also.

My date of birth is 02-12-89 ,so i can give my last attempt in 2018 ..because in 2018,im at 28 .,

No, You can appear in CSS till 2017.

With 2 years of age relaxation you can appear in CSS till 2015.

My date of birth is 7-10-1986, am i eligible to appear in 2014 ? as per criteria my age will be 28 years and 23 days on 31-10-2014,so is there any possibility to get an age relaxation of 23 days ?

You can appear in CE 2014, if you have submitted your application. But You cannot appear in CE 2015 without age relaxation.

Correction: CE-2017 will be your last attempt not Ce-2018.
