You can appear in CSS till 2018 without any age relaxation.

Without age relaxation, you have three attempts with you i.e. 2014, 2015 and 2016.

I am working in National Telecommunication Corporation Department under Ministry of IT & Telecom. can I apply through proper channel if I am above from general age ( 28 years above). Plz guide me if this is possible according to FPSC Rules and Regulation.

Basically i belongs to balochistan (distt SIBI ) on domicile basis ....so my age limit for me is 28 or 30 ...kindly describe it......

Read following rule for Government Employees:

In the case of in Service Government Servants, including the Government servants of AJ&K, who possess a minimum of two years continuous Government service, the upper age limit is relaxable by two years up to the age of 30 years, subject to submission of Departmental Permission Certificate from the competent authority. Employees of Nationalised Banks, State Bank of Pakistan, WAPDA, Regulatory Authorities, Autonomous bodies and other semi autonomous bodies are not entitled to age relaxation.

You have to apply through proper channel to claim age relaxation.

Read following rule for Balochistan Residents:

The candidates belonging to the recognized Tribes who are permanent residents of Balochistan and whose families have been living in these areas. Such candidates must attach a certificate (Annexure- B of Application Form) to be issued by Political Agent/DCO/District Magistrate in support of their claim.

Please explain why those who are born on 31 dec 1985 are ineligible,although they are attaining an age of 28 on 31 dec 2013 exactly.

FPSC rules states that if you are not exceeding 28 years, you are eligible but here FPSC contradicts his own rule.
