i read this post from first page. people from 2012 come here with hope and leave after 2 years. nothing happend.

Mrkhansaab Wednesday, March 16, 2016 07:01 PM

And most likely nothing will happen ;D but people like to believe and cling on to hope. It gets them through the day and it is what we need to keep our reality stable in our minds, at least.
Its authentic the summary has been rejected and fawad hassan fawad wrote heavily against it. He stated PM has rejected it. Summary has reached back eatabliahment division. I saw it in estab with own eyes. It was moved by secy estab through minister ahsan iqbal. Ahsan iqbal on 16.02.2016 moved it to PM office citing candidates approaching him for outcome. But fawad hassan fawad has made a detailed analysis and PM has NOT approved summary of establiahment division. However i heard that might be summary may be resubmitted with answering criticism of PM but its authentic it is rejected.

what do you say sir. is there any chance for its acceptance.

My brother is lawyer, he is going to file petition against govt decision of maintaining upper age limit 28 years in high court Islamabad.
So all members are requested to send me all available data that support our cause.

No money help is needed, only send me supporting data. No hope from govt authorities as they are not real representatives of our people, so they can't understand problem of a common educated man.

Regards

Respected fellows who are much curious about css age relaxation .I called a member in the establishment and development ministry couple of days ago .Upon my query she answered that first summary which was sent to primeminister was rejected and subsequently 2nd summary was sent after some modifications and it was accepted .But she said that she is not sure of the content of the proposals accepted .Lastly she said that the notice by fpsc will reveal the final story .So i request any senior members here who may have some connections in fpsc to collect the desired information from Fpsc .regards

I think this issue will be more delayed due to upcoming Panama Papers crisis for the government.

Mohammad Ali Sunday, April 17, 2016 06:06 AM

The govt. should defer this issue to next year or years, because almost five months of the year have already been passed, confusion among students should be done away with. Most BA students must have already begun studying or preparing.

aleem muhammad Sunday, April 17, 2016 10:50 PM

Thanks to respected moderator for removing irrelevant posts .It was a shear dissappointment last week every time i was signing in to view updates about age relaxation ...Thanks again

Breaking Bad Tuesday, April 19, 2016 04:35 PM

When is that briefing going to take place and is there solid chance that pm ll pay heed to it and approve it?

Mohammad Ali Tuesday, April 19, 2016 11:17 PM

Almost May is here, BA/BCOM candidates have already begun preparation and are confused. This is mess.

Breaking Bad Wednesday, April 20, 2016 12:16 AM

PM is coming back from London today. So lets see.

any update?

hussnain rasheed Tuesday, April 26, 2016 03:03 PM

As for as the current situation is concerned, I believe Ahsan Iqbal's summary won't get approved because in this critical situation PM won't annoy Bureaucracy. Secondly FPSC is all set to advertise on previous eligibility criteria. The only bleak hope left is Senate as it has got approved unanimously and there is no controversy on it. The time is too short so get together, brainstorm and execute.

Javed Ahmed Abbasi Tuesday, April 26, 2016 04:48 PM

@husain rasheed
dear plz tell how age relaxation will annoy bureaucracy?????
@husain rasheed
dear plz tell how age relaxation will annoy bureaucracy?????
This is not only age relaxation. Planing Commission has recommended other reforms as well like cluster based, mid career recruitment etc. A simple BA bureaucrat will never want a foreign qualified person from academia or corporate to work with them. On the other side Senate has solely recommended age relaxation which has no controversy but Chairman Senate will have to gear up for its approval which he isn't doing.

Khair its OK. We will wait.
Thank you dear brother for the kind reply.

Half the students who have 14 years of education have already prepared for CSS 2017, any change should be applicable or effective for CSS 2018 and afterwards, otherwise it will be total injustice and we will have a right to go to court to seek justice.

the Aspirants with 14 years education and the over-aged people are preparing for CSS blindly. Both of them think that the final decision of the summary will favour them.

Javed Ahmed Abbasi Wednesday, April 27, 2016 06:44 AM

At this stage and even after that, it seems very appropriate just to consider the age relaxation only, senate has also considered age relaxation only.

what's about of those who are fighting for approvel of the age relaxation petition.
I think the decision has already taken a remarkable time.
both the folk, the 14 years educational and over aged are preparing for the coming ce.
I don't have any specific issues with the over aged people or age relaxation petition but I want to satisfy my conscience by your reply to my ans.
I have asked earlier, who will responsible for the wastage of their time?

dear first of all, learning or preparing for any exam is not the wastage of time, we learn something from our preparation that can help us in other exams.
you have rightly pointed out the both groups, if the all proposed reforms are accepted or rejected, only one group will be affected nt both.
i personally agree with senate stance of granting age relaxation only.

I have other views regarding of Learning and Preparing. As I am responsible for my words , I will no shame to share that I ll prepare CSS not learn it. how can we learn optionals subjects? if I fail in my coming attempt how can these optionals help me in my future.
to some extant I'm agree with your statement because I believe that all the compulsory subjects i.e grammar, current affaires, GSA, Islamiyat etc should be known. these subjects will and do help in other exams.

now , if a 29 years old aspirant has left his job and preparing for CSS what will the reaction of his when the summary get rejection again? how can optional subjects help him in other exams?

This will be a big upset which history will remember. I personally know many people who left their jobs and started preparing for CSS after Ahsan Iqbal's statement. They must understand the passion which these guys have got to serve in the civil services and for that sake Govt is morally bound to relax age.

Mohammad Ali Wednesday, April 27, 2016 12:38 PM

I think any change is, to be on the safe side, announced by FPSC provisionally over 10 months prior so that candidates can prepare without a tense mind. Right now, hundreds and thousands of BA/BCOM candidates who have 14 years of education have finished almost half of their preparation, so it is best to defer this issue to next year or years to prevent any uproar against FPSC amongst those candidates by the end of this year.
