There was no hearing today because our lawyer was busy in the supreme court. So the hearing is postponed. This is why we were asking you to contribute so that we could directly go to the supreme court bypassing the High courts, but most of the posters here are only spectators and they want to take a bite in free without contributing in the cause.
Asif has two very crucial news about the CSS age relaxation issue as he is directly in contact with AK Dogar and the vice president of supreme court Mr. Ainuddin and a federal minister. This is very critical time for all of us. I reiterate my words that there is high resistance against the age relaxation. Remember we are challenging the status quo and that brings us face to face with the high ups. Without enough funds we still are fighting tooth and nail. What really hurts is that most of the guys here are brave to comment only and when the leadership demands few thousands so that we could pay our lawyer's fee then they disappear. This is disappointing. I advise you that either come forward with practical help or go back to your professions and lives and forget about bureaucracy because any achievement needs sacrifice. Those who have provided financial help can contract Asif to know the details of the proceeding and new developments, and those who are willing to contribute. The rest everybody should refrain from posting questions here because that would not lead you anywhere. Rome was not built in a day. That is what AK Dogar and Mr Raees asked me to tell you. No pain no gain. Either you want to become ambassadors, Federal secretaries, and Inspector general of police or you want to become nobodies serving as teachers, clerks, tehsildars, Hawaldars. It is time to reflect and take the decision. Do inform us what you want to be and what can you sacrifice for that. Thank you !

Sorry for interfering but "nobodies"? Teachers are nobodies? :) Eliminate these "nobodies" and let's see who is going to make outclass ambassadors, Federal secretaries, and Inspector general of police. :)

Dear friends, instead of commenting & criticizing others, Come forward for the real effort. We are running short of time and funds. Had we been millionaire, we wouldn't have requested you to give us contributions. Despite our various reminders , our voice remained unheeded. Alas! we are helpless now. . .
O' God! Bless us with Your mercy & forgive us for our sins.....

I did not mean to vilify the respectable social image of those diligent teachers who are the spring of knowledge for their pupils. But there is no denying that in our country we don't have teachers like Socrates and confucius. Lets admit that there is a great number of ghost schools in our country used by Waderas for their personal purposes, and the teachers do not come to teach, they do not raise their voice against this awful practice because they are only interested in their pay which they receive without any inConvenience. Furthermore, the news of teachers physically abusing and punishing school going kids have seen escalation in the recent times and that is very appalling.
Of course there are good teachers but they are numbered. I seldom got good teachers, those who were good in knowledge, well I love them like nothing. I love the lady who was my class teacher in high school because she did her job painstakingly. She loved me immensely, unconditionally, I was her best student, she believed in me and I have already fulfilled her expectations of me to a great extent and I'm certain that I'll make her proud on a national level because I have got what it takes.
All professions are respectable, CSS is not even a profession, it is just a career.
I salute to honest teachers.
From Tehsildars also I guess...:) That was really discouraging. Have we applied to be a nobody, a test for being a nobody :nono
No dear of course not. Some dirty fish bring a bad name to the whole category. While making my domicile i went to Tehsil and the Tehsildar there excused himself from signing my document. I had waited for my number from morning to afternoon. It was many years back. I was wondering why was he reluctant to sign a legitimate document on which already the sign of my city Nazim was present. Outside of his office building was a small cabin in which a lawyer, an oath commissioner was sitting and seeing me coming out disappointed he spilled the beans by telling me that I had to give Tehsildar 300 rupees. I wasn't believing however he got my domicile and went straight into the Tehsildar's office and came back happily with the document signed and stamped. I had to give him a 500 note, 200 was his own share. Seeing me furious at the Tehsildar and my intention to report to the higher authorities, he laughed a lot. He was an old man laughing at my innocence. He said this is how it is, how the system works here from ages. He said don't report to anyone because the high ups are already well aware of this "custom"and that reporting him would only waste your time, you are a student so go back home and forget about it. I raised my hand and a taxi stopped near by, the lawyer shook hands with me tightly with a smile on his face and I sat in the taxi with my newly made domicile, reflecting what kind of a country I was born in. That lawyer was a gentleman, an old poor man and if it were not for him I would have punched that Tehsildar at least 3 times on his head, leaving him with 330 rupees so he could get him good painkillers for those 30 rupees extra.
Mr Mystic, think before you speak. Ap jaisay log bhi bureaucracy me agaey to Allah he Hafiz hai is country ka. Not only teachers but all other professions are equally respectable.
I respect your feeling on the given scenario of Pakistan....But it seems you don't have faith in any of the department here. If you like to punch all the people let's say from a clerk to a Tehsildar and blablabla for their misconduct or dishonesty I must say you would like to punch those judges and bureaucrats whom You confide in that they will be a kind of help for this cause because absolute power corrupts absolutely... I am anxiously waiting for the result of this cause and none is criticizing any person associated with this cause I believe...

From clerks to the president. Why spare the dishonest and corrupt bureaucrats and leadership.

mystic Saturday, December 15, 2012 05:28 PM

@ Exclusive and Last Island: it is true that I don't have any faith in any department because Transparency International has submitted its report that how Pakistan has come up in the list taking lead in corruption. Two days back it was on the news channels that Land mafia is number one, police department is number two and judiciary is now on number 4 in the corrupt list. Chief justice admitted that there were black sheep in judiciary. We all know about the corruption in WAPDA and the loadshedding, the steel mill corruption cases, NRO, PCO judges, military interference in parliament, journalists selling their loyalties, horse trading etc. what is left? Which department?
That is why I will cast my vote in favour of Imran khan because he will bring a change, making new rules and regulation and get the corrupt ones behind the bars. So he will punch them all from clerk to the president.
If you people still believe in those departments then things will remain as they are. Change comes when we protest against the authority.
As far as CSS age relaxation is concerned then it is the effort of Asif and Raees and Mian sajid and Ansar rai that they contributed from their pocket money and wrestling with the system to get it corrected otherwise no one, no judge, no politician, no bureaucrat wad going to take notice of this issue. We pakistanis have grown in injustice and still we go praising ourselves, our system. Well, patriotism is not my cup of tea, humanity and human rights, and justice and transparency are.

ridaf Sunday, December 16, 2012 04:21 AM

in 2008 some (over aged) css aspirants contacted me and asked if i can contribute 50,000 for the same lawyers fee and a case very similar to this one.as far as i remember they were talking about the same issues that are raised in this case.i declined because i was not interested and found my inner peace by becoming a "nobody" (as Mr. mystic likes to call us). however it is sad for the sake of those whose life revolves around being a CSP officer that after all these years this issue has not been resolved.

mystic Monday, December 17, 2012 05:10 AM

You are not a nobody, I'm sorry if I have hurt your feelings. Actually I meant that despite ability, education and sincerity if we only choose those jobs which do not suit our competency our education level, our social standard then that is injustice with to own dream and ambition. Therefore we ought to struggle for the best, to achieve the best, the power to change things towards betterment of society and power lies in high graded posts. There is a saying that one should aim for the moon even if one misses one will land amongst the stars. I hope I addressed your grievance and made myself clear on this. Thank you for your concern and your kind post.

mystic Wednesday, December 19, 2012 01:12 AM

@Hannan: Kindly read previous posts. It has been mentioned that the hearing on 13th December was postponed due to the busy schedule of our lawyer AK Dogar. However, according to Lahore High Court you can submit form with FPSC and appear in CSS 2013 because the case is under process and so the interim relief to the upper age limit affectees. There are obstacles coming in way of CSS age relaxation issue due to the shortage of funds so be kind enough to participate. To read the daily newspaper we have to pay to the vendor. Nothing comes for free and still we expect that we will win the case and become bureaucrats without paying a penny. Such attitude is proving destructive for the cause. If it were not for the lack of funds, we would have been in the supreme court by now with chief justice of Pakistan hearing our case and most probably giving the decision in our favour. But as they say that it is never too late to begin, so all are requested to participate according to their capacity. Giving up a month of our pocket money can give us the realization of our dream. Time to choose either the reality as it is or our dream. The reality is that we are over age old people in the eyes of FPSC and they are not letting us take the exam, we are good for nothing in their eyes. And the dream is to change the rules and take CSS and succeed and sit in the federal secretariat as proud and efficient and dutiful employees of the Islamic republic of Pakistan. The power and choice is yours.

mystic Thursday, December 20, 2012 08:52 PM

Brother, if you search a little then you will find about A.K Dogar and how much he costs being one of the most senior lawyers. The guys who are leading the case requested him repeatedly to file petition in Lahore high court and promised him that somehow they would collect his fee. According to my knowledge the lawyer's fee is around 5 lacs or even more and he has been paid only 50,000 so far. The number of contributors is very low.
you are requested to contribute one month of your pocket money. It doesn't matter if you are poor or rich. Whatever you contribute will show your sincerity with the cause. Giving your one month pocket money will be a sacrifice. We need such sacrifices for the cause to succeed.

Mr.Raees is our leader, being a lawyer himself he has petitioned the Peshawar high court as well so to strengthen our say in the eyes of law. We have complete confidence in him and he is answerable to all of us regarding our trust in him.

Here on the forum our representative is Mr. Asif Amin. His phone number is mentioned in his profile. Few pages back in this same thread you will find his posts. Click on his name to reach his profile. You can call him too for reassurance and updates and status of the case that is under process in Lahore High Court. Further more, you can check website of the Lahore high court and find our CSS age relaxation case listed there.
I assure you that your contribution, every penny will be used to advance the cause and case of CSS age relaxation. Feel free to call on those numbers. You will find us your friends, your representatives.
Thank you for coming forward Neuschwanstein and Nuzhat. It will really raise the Morale of us, and strengthen our cause. Our lawyer AK Dogar is a renown lawyer, anyone can meet him and ask about us and the case he is leading. Everything is transparent and open to question.
And Nuzhat where have you been? Long time no see. You used to post and support but it has been quite sometime that you disappeared from the scene. Welcome back and please stay and support because we are few and the opposition is quite huge.
InshAllah if such support continues then time is very very near that we will win and then we will be friends discussing with Last Island which subjects to opt and which essays to prepare for the exam instead of waiting for the final verdict :)

scorpion king Friday, December 21, 2012 04:28 PM

Dear, I know these are delaying tactics of the seasoned lawyers. It's however, our fault that we had promised him to collect funds at our earliest but have failed to do so. We went for writ petition in a hurry without bothering that we don't have his fee in our pocket. That is why he will remain busy so long as we don't pay him. Raees is also worried. And we are also becoming hopeless. Things are getting out of our hands. That's why we criticize those people who come up with their so called "moral support".

mystic Friday, December 21, 2012 04:38 PM

Saqib, it was decided in previous hearing by the judge, AK Dogar and the secretary and lawyer of FPSC that over age candidates be allowed to take the exam until the fate of the petition. So just mention your original age in the age space and apply like a normal candidate and take the exam. If the final decision is in favour of age relaxation then you will be considered successful if you score 600 plus. Do scan your form and send the scanned copy to Asif Amin, our representative on this forum.
You can call FPSC office as well for assurance giving them the reference of Lassiter high court.
If we get funds then we will go to supreme court as well and very soon. So guys stay cool, just think about contributing more.
@ Nuzhat: It seems your personal affairs got the best of you that's why you were missing for so long. Now come back to books, to this cause, back to your future because in the words of Faiz: Aur be gham hein zamanay me mohabbat ke siwa. . . You have to become a DMG, its time to stand for what you believe in.

Asif Amin Saturday, December 22, 2012 01:44 AM

At the time of first meeting with A.K Dogar we requested him to please proceed our case he demanded his hefty fees. His minimum fees is one million. Our advocate panel requested him too much that if you take this case we will win please look into the future of nation's youth and upcoming generation. After that he asked how much you guys would pay, our team paid him around 150,000/- and guaranteed him that they would run campaign and collect more contributions for his fees and pay almost same amount. A.K Dogar said his junior would run this case but we again requested that please you come on court please don't see on our small fees.

Now, every time he is inquire about his remaining amount due to case is pending. And the good opportunity for us is that he is willing to appear personally before the court for our case.

Dear All, please come forward and contribute with us. If we back and lost no one would stand again for this cause.

MYG2010 Saturday, December 22, 2012 01:55 AM

Dear Mystic,

Brother I have an idea why not to draft a comprehensive application regarding the matter and send it directly to chief Justice of Pakistan with signatures of some of the over age aspirants. Though I have submitted the matter to all the media programs to every host every anchor I know and to all the forums but the problem that I am across of is that our media can pick the news of Turkish Drama replacing the drama industry of Pakistan but they do not pay attention to the real problems why thousands of us are facing.
I am jobless right now and its really difficult for me to earn bread for my family these days otherwise I would not have asked anyone to contribute like what you are doing for months and no one is paying attention. Hopeless we are and we deserve all this what is happening to us. I am ashamed of calling us real aspirants .... I am really sorry to be so inactive due to my empty pocket.

mystic Saturday, December 22, 2012 03:51 AM

Dear MYG2010, if you read earlier posts in this thread you will find that Asif Amin has already done what you are talking about. Chief justice was met by CSS overage aspirants in Sheikhpura and he was given the draft personally. Then Asif sent to chief justice a reminder through TCS. But still CJ is silent. I requested him through a letter published in an English newspaper but still no word from CJ.
About your empty pocket, dear if you can use the internet then you can afford contributing for the cause. No one is doing job at prime minister's secretariat and no one is millionaire here. I have contributed my share and there are guys in our team who might be poorer than you but still they gave some amount.
If you will contribute despite your financial difficulties then that will really be a sacrifice. If you were rich and employed then your contribution would have been only a charity and not a sacrifice. We need sacrifices not charities. So please please do something because we need you direly to save our boat from sinking in the storm near the last island and our last hope fading. Help!:sick

Omer Wednesday, January 02, 2013 06:51 PM

@ Rohail,

First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013.

You have righly said that at times there are statements from members that should be mild enough. But, since I am aligned with this cause and have contributed twice for it, these people are yelling for the required contribution/support from February last. Mystic, please correct me if I am wrong.

Over the period there have so many promises/comments from people who assured that they will stand in this cause but no one was there when needed. These guys are at least taking steps rather than just commenting on public forum, for which thet deserve appluse. Also, they are not claimimg themselves as the leaders but they are the ones who are actually taking some step. If you can take care of everything, manage the fund accounts. keep in touch with the lawyers, they would be more than happy to transfer this responsiblity to you and feel releived. No one is doing this for personal benefits.

It could be the desperation given the situation. I have seen people (read affected and willing candidates) spending thousands on new year party but when asked to contribute, there were excuses. There is willingness, but everything should not come in a tray. There should be a conclusive action on any issue which unfortunately cannot be seen in this part of the world, be it any national issue or some cause.

I would request you liaise with Asif in this regard as every drop can make a difference.

scorpion king Saturday, January 05, 2013 10:29 PM

Dear Friends,

There are a good number of members here who ask us that why did we go to LHC if we had no funds. Let me explain it that some of respectable members ensured us of their best cooperation provided we lodge writ petition in LHC through a First class lawyer. We therefore, fulfilled our promise and hired services of A.K.Dogar. It is however, pitiable that they backed out. Consequently we ran short of funds and A.K.Dogar seem uninterested to pursue our case.

In our last meeting of the serious aspirants of age relaxation following two options were given due consideration;

Option A: To change our lawyer from a First class lawyer to a second class lawyer
Option B: To withdraw our case

I strongly advocate Option A.

Practical suggestions are much needed from your side as time is running out.

Regards.

mystic Monday, January 07, 2013 04:47 AM

Lawyer and name of the lawyer matters. A lawyer without weightage cannot make a mark in the court. A.K Dogar has the required weightage. Written law cannot give you justice, law has to be interpreted, argued and proved with substantial evidence by a seasoned lawyer. Practice makes perfect. Lawyers with no practice will hang you, a good lawyer will change death penalty into life sentence and the best lawyer will acquit you.
A doctor with no medical practice will kill you despite the availability of all required drugs. An illiterate maulana will send you to hell. A novice pilot will crash your plane, and all the infrastructure of an engineer who has no prior training will collapse.
The choice is yours fellows.

mystic Friday, January 18, 2013 10:28 AM

Well if someone does not like my posts then please don't read my posts and don't visit this thread because we have made this thread to collect sponsors and not spectators and commentators. It has been years that we are giving you calls to come forward and support us but people take it for granted. So Mr. Raees, Asif Amin and Rai Ansar have told me to tell you people that we have shortage of funds and therefore the case is stopped until we don't fill the lawyer, AK Dogar's fee. Hope samajh agai hogi.
And there is nothing wrong in forgetting about CSS and going into other professions and other places, you can serve your country everywhere. Now when you are not allowed to take CSS because of over age and you people have decided not to contribute a penny then there is no other way folks, this is not the age of miracles. Accept your fate as it is. Stop quarrelling with it because in Surah Rehman we are told, "And which of the favours of your Lord you deny?" God is already kind and merciful, so count your blessings and don't ever despair about CSS age limit again.:nono

I request fellow members to follow our example. It will cost you just 100 rupees to send your letter, or application through TCS to the chief justice of Pakistan. Just write a simple, sweet letter and post to chief justice. Do write atty the end your name, address and a photocopy of your identity card. You can attach newspaper letters too. 100 rupees can change the system so come forward.

@MYSTIC

I have contacted to Mr. Asif but he did not pick my. But i will again contact him. Let me clear one thing i cant contribute much more but it will be a little bit from my side.

No doubt you people are doing a great job but there is a one problem which i observed from your previous posts and that is your taunting behaviour towards other members. My bro please be polite and be realistic in one thing that there will only one person in hundred who will practically helped you. It does not mean you said other people that you cant give update at free of cost. when you are at public forum you have to bear such kind of things . your attitude is unethical according to my feelings.

Letter to CJ is a good step and i will also do this inshaAllah and if you dont mind can i contact you?

In my opinion same kind of letter should also be written to Mr. Aitzaz and asked him for help.

It is my request be polite and keep tolerance ....ALLAH will help all of us.

@ xeero 07 and Shehzad

Thank you for understanding and your intentions to cooperate with us in bringing a change in the system. Shehzad it is not a matter of "little bit" contribution, your little bit contribution can put a positive spin on our efforts and help bring big change for everyone.
Xeroo 07 you just have to write a simple letter or application the way you used to write in school. I advise you to write in your own handwriting if you cannot type and print it. Just ask chief justice that you are badly affected due to the age bar in the CSS exams and that being a youth of Pakistan you have the right to seek justice for yourself and others like you who have degrees and education but the system is not letting you to make yourself a career in civil services. Add that you love your country and so don't want to go to foreign countries.
2013 can give us all that we want so please have faith in God and believe in yourself. Success will come in due time.

Asif Amin Thursday, January 31, 2013 11:02 PM

As per our advocate AK Dogar's assessment there is more than 90 percent chances of winning the case in High Court level.

Our case is pending due to shortage of fund. If we pay full fees to our advocate we will win the case within a month. Insha Allah.

Sincere applicants please come forward and contribute with us.

mystic Thursday, January 31, 2013 11:49 PM

Everything is possible contributions are made. Without contributions our lawyer will not take the case seriously and we will not get what we want. Government's policy is already in front of you. Musharraf cut the age limit and the present government is maintaining it as it is. They have rejected age relaxation proposals and said that they needed fresh blood in administration. So its now up to you people whether you stand and sacrifice and make a change or leave it as it is. Only few guys have been sincere with this movement, now new people should come forward and share this responsibility and ease the burden. Time to take practical step for your career. Unemployment is already on the rise and lack of good jobs.

Asif Amin Tuesday, February 12, 2013 07:12 PM

Tomorrow most probably final argument will be finalized in Peshawar High-court and short decree will be come according to the practice. But let see what will happen.

My friends,

I do not want to discourage any one but fact is fact. We are trying since 2009 and Insha Allah we will never give up till the matter will be decided by Supreme Court in-case of failure from LHC.

Insha Allah we all friends whether those contributed or not , will achieve great success in our life whether through bureaucracy or by other fields. We all friends are equal motto that is the service of nation and motherland.

Allah has written every person fate before the birth. We are also trying and searching our fate. Hope for the best. Keep motivated to all we are a nation and Insha Allah become a successful nation in future.

" Success is going from failure to failure without a lose of enthusiasm" I will add in this quote more that is with sincerity and with honesty.

Asif Amin Saturday, February 23, 2013 09:38 PM

@Billa, It was the instruction of LHC that FPSC issued admit card to over aged otherwise FPSC never issue admit card to any over aged.

Decision is depending upon the descretion of court (judges will) no one can predict. We can only hope.

Age relaxation issue is a technical and purely constitutional matter.

Asif Amin Wednesday, February 27, 2013 12:06 AM

I received information from my lawyer friend that Judge instruct FPSC representative to allow in exam to those person who are over aged after the verdict case will decide. I called FPSC to verify this statement their representative said me that FPSC never allow over aged in any case.

I informed to my lawyer friend why FPSC denying as you told me the judge instruct to FPSC. He replied me let's see if FPSC would not issue us admit card that he will complain it to judge. Now they have received admit card and confirmed me that it happened after court orders. So due to this information I shared with you those information I received from my lawyer friend. One of my friends told me that he did not receive admit card slip and ask suggestion I replied him to contact Rai Ansar he is the petitioner and informed him such information. He will raise this issue.

We are totally relying on our lawyer friends information. I am sharing with you that informations those I received from them. I am not a member of FPSC or any government body.

I shared the number of Rai Ansar and Raees advocate to ask them everything. I also get updates by them. I am not a lawyer I am like you friends just an ordinary person.

I feel sad the allegation raised upon me by my friend Amir Shahid that I was telling lie.

I did my best for this cause and now too much tired. Disturbed my personal life, wasted a lot of time and money on communication and networking since 2009.

Some sincere friends advised me that leave this topic, people never realize you. I always said them I and my friends are trying for the nation's youth. Now sometime I realize that those advisors were right in their place.

Dear friend you may get all information for this case directly from Rai Ansar he is the petitioner in LHC his number is ( 03334902727 ). I will not run campaign for supreme court in case of loss or win. I experienced only minority of applicants are sincere others are spectators and critics though they doing nothing and without knowing the reality only criticizing and find negativity.

Hello critics and Rithiks! Long time, no see? :)
I hope you all are doing fine except the hope that is taking the best of you.
Because hope, my friends, is an evil thing. Hope shows us dreams and gives us courage and stamina to follow those dreams even in the presence of contrary evidence and there comes a time when our dream becomes a delusion, an obsession of sorts but by then it is too late to come back to normalcy because a lot of things have changed down the road and then it just hurts looking back and it feels better to remain with the delusion than rationality.
The same has happened to most of the people attached with this cause. We have few practical and many delusional fellows. To get age relaxation we needed only practical fellows to make a plan and act on it: we needed press conferences, letters to editors, contacts with journalists, protests and banners hanging outside of university gates and group visits to the houses of known politicians.
But most of the fellows neither contributed nor did any of those things and still they have been dreaming of getting age relaxation as if it is an apple pie. It is not that easy, age relaxation was clearly rejected by the government twice and it was clearly mentioned in the parliament session that bureaucracy needed fresh blood and not the old people to run the country. Either we were supposed to admit the ground realities or stand for our cause. Still it is not too late to act. If a guy cannot even hang a banner out of his university gate in favour of age relaxation so to spread awareness then what else to expect? Getting age relaxation means changing the mind of president and prime minister, it cannotbe achieved by sitting in front of your computer and commenting and then sleeping and dreaming that you will wake up to the news bulletin of 5 years general age relaxation. I mean get real and snap out of your delusions:snor

Few days back on the 27th february during the National Assembly session Qamar zaman kaira was questioned about the prospect of age relaxation in the css exam to which he replied in a clear negative:

"Replying to a question from MNA Imrana Saeed, Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira told the house that no age relaxation was allowed in connection with the CSS examinations."

http://www.pakistantoday.com.pk/2013/02/27/city/islamabad/cda-to-announce-opening-new-sectors-soon/

Mr. Kaira further told the house that there was no proposal under consideration regarding css age relaxation. That means the high ups never want to relax the age no matter what. And why would they consider relaxing it? I mean they dont even know that we exist, and even if we come to exist for them, our voice is very thin and we are very few so our voice is bound to fall behind their ears. The government takes popular decisions, the ones which involve the majority. Look at it like this: We are against the government on the issue of age limit, we want the government to change its writ, we are challenging the status quo, we want the whole system to change in our favour. A little signature from the principal of an ordinary school costs much, to submit the water and gas bill one has to make a bee line, wait in the summer heat in long queues for a long time. Then imagine what would it take to change the system, to change the very brain of the government?
Do not despair please, i said all those things just to give you a reality check, to wake you up from your delusional dreams and make you act.
Fidel castro, the famous cuban dictator who brought revolution in Cuba says that one can change the whole of the government, all it needs is few practical people and faith and nothing else. So my friends never ever blame the government or the establishment or the Courts for not granting you age relaxation, blame only yourself for not doing enough to make it happen.
In my last words i would like to thank all those who contributed in favor of the cause and who took practical steps to bring a change especially Asif Amin, Last Hope, scorpion king, Omer and others. God bless you :clap

We are trying to wake up the dead despite knowing that it's a futile job.
You people can not spend a few pennies for your own cause and Just imagine about those who have spent their precious time along with a lot of financial contribution. Now when people talk about their moral contribution , we let loose our indignation. Posting on cssforum will not do any miracle. Had it been so, it would have happened five years ago. No protest , No meetings , No fee of lawyer , No media hype , Nothing at all. Just come and watch what's new on this thread. Say loudly that your 'moral' support is with us. You know we are only six people who have contributed financially, morally and practically. And all others are spectators. So we stand nowhere. Without team work , we can't do anything anymore. We are losing our nerves now. We lost our case in Peshawar High Court because we could not arrange funds to hire a lawyer of good repute. Now you wait to repeat the same episode at LHC.
Stay Blessed.......

Well my buddies I have contributed 25000. And you people are still asking about amounts. Don't you think you are already late? :)
And now don't rely on courts alone. Collect your money and with the help of Asif Amin do a press conference and give some money to journalists to make a report about CSS age relaxation for Geo and Dawn news. Find new ways to get your voice heard. Dint put all your eggs in one basket. I mean what if LHC give the same verdict as PHC? So better use other channels. Its now or never, you all cannot keep waiting for 3 years more to get age relaxation because life is short. Think about it angry buddies and cool down, I only tell you three truth. The choice is yours, whether to keep waiting for months and years or take the route I showed to you :)

Hello, Its Shayan from Karachi, I have been following the thread for a long time... I have just made my account
Mystic says : 'Collect your money and with the help of Asif Amin do a press conference and give some money to journalists to make a report about CSS age relaxation for Geo and Dawn news'
you know, the letter on Jang that you saw few months back regarding age relaxation was written by Me. Asif Amin knows me well. I can help you regarding media as far as daily Jang, Daily express, Daily Dunia & the News are concerened, just write a letter & it will be published. I will aslo contribute as I left my job & MBA for the sake of CSS however I will. I told Mr. Asif Amin that I could give 50% discount in press confrence in Karachi Press Club I.e r.s 4000/ as my parents are well reputed journalists. I tried to contact Mr Asif Amin but he told me to contact after exams. Today is my last paper. If you wanna contact me I will be there. I believe we can achieve our goal in no time if we do things PRACTICALLY. looking forward to the response & especially from those who live in karachi as if any practice (confrence etc) happens so I will participate. we need to be FIRM from NOW ON. Cheers!
Well my buddies I have contributed 25000.
Can you please let me know that how many people who contributed? as per my knowledge the total fee that AK Dogar asked was 300000/. (as he reduced his fee for this cause). Asif Amin told me that that 150000/ have been givin to him. the remaning amount seems to be 150000. Now how many people are willing to pay & how much we need to pay? how apart from those who only come here to get updates, those who have done PRACTICAL MEASURES or WILLING to do so, have further paid any amount?. One last thing is how many practical members we have apart from this forum I mean there are several people who might not visit sites to check updates but waiting for the decision.

@ Jahangirkhan and Mr. khairi

Jahangir khan, as you know that court issues are very complicated so we do not know when will the case get decided. So better would be that now you file a case in supreme court and then we will follow you and ask you about the court proceedings. Makes any sense?

@ Khairi: With due respect i really doubt your sincerity with the cause of CSS age relaxation. If you were honest then just tell us why have not you been doing anything for us despite the fact that you own a personal press? You published just one little letter in an urdu newspaper and you believe you have conquered the world. Man, We have published dozens of letters in he english newspapers and we have contributed more than you. It is very saddening to see someone with so much resources, a printing press and who can book the hall for press conference but still is not taking any concrete step. I ask you where have you been all those months and years while we were here making plans to do a press conference and a protest? It is tragic that you have appeared now and still you are asking us to pay you for the press conference. If you are really honest with us then immediately take some solid step for us and we will follow you. Actions speak louder than words.
Some guys here find me harsh but let me tell you i am being rational. I told you people long ago to quit your hypocrisy otherwise one day you would have to quit your dream of css. The inevitable is here, we lost in PHC and the case is LHC has no good prognosis. You can say we are all hanging in the air upside down without any hope. Everything has gone against us, government rejected us, FPSC rejected us, newspaper editors rejected us, politicians like Yusuf raza Gillani and Kaira have rejected us.
You all are well aware of the corruption scandals of every politician, they have eaten billions, the money of our electricity and gas and phone bills go to the pockets of those politicians sons who are driving Mercedes and BMWs and Accords and yet their daddys do not want to give us age relaxation, they do not want us to study and sit in the exam, they want us to stay down, far below than their staus and rank. They themselves have fake degrees, they do not know how to speak in public, they drink and drive while people of our kind are killed in terrorist attacks and target killings. Yes it is more important for them to attend Sharmila`s function than to sit and contemplate and devise a strategy for the country`s youth.
I see guys elder than myself taking css, just because they had reduced their original birth dates in school. Yes man, everyone reduces their age, they do not consider it corruption, dishonesty. While honest like us have to suffer.
why? Give your answers and do mention what limits you can go to change the system, to get the age relaxation from these black sheep who are eating away at the very fabric of our society. :vangry

@Xplodec: I like what you say. Hopefully you will meet A.K Dogar and inform us all about the status and strength of our case. But please do not wait for the PML (N) to come in power because that will take quite some time and they have other issues on their priority list. If they want then they still hold enough power to give us age relaxation in a matter of few days if just once Nawaz sharif shows his will of relaxing age limit.
And let me clarify that it is not the ppp government alone but a strong lobby as well that is the hurdle in css age relaxation. Nevertheless we should keep striving because everything is possible with God Almighty.

@Khairi: I request you to book conference hall with your own money, after all it will cost you only few thousands. Collecting 15 guys should not be an issue for you. You are a student and well connected through your parents with the printing press and media so please get a dozen or two of your friends, neighbours, classfellows and do a revolutionary press conference. That will change many things, above all it will give hope this dying cause of css age relaxation. Asif Amin has done a lot, he is a little fed up now. So now you should take the lead, you must have leadership qualities since you want to become DMG, PSP. I hope you will not waste further time and get it done. Sindh is being victimised, your seats go empty, there are not enough students to take css exam. If you get a chance to appear in css then i am sure you will easily get the post of your choice. A csp post is just a few steps away from you, so doing a press conference should not be a big deal for you. Do not wait for tomorrow because tomorrow never comes :waiting
