Default cramming / concept based studies

I want to seek the answer to this question.
what is the best way of study?
should one cram all the course.cramming is difficult for a person like me.
should one just take the concept of any article/thing. In such a way of study, one has to do self writing that is too difficult .

SO,share your experience with me.

Self writing is the best way to improve strength of mind and analysis. by doing cramming one can remember that thing for the few days. Cramming is often forgot due to memorize things for a short span of time. I believe in remembering topics and write in your own words according to your minding power.

the best way of study is no doubt ''a conceptual and in depth study'', but it depends upon the purpose of study, if you are talking about academic or particularly css studies, it's a combination of conceptual study and cramming, certain facts and figures can't be memorized without cramming, and it also depends upon the nature of subject.for non-science students, EDS is not easy to understand, so they can use cramming technique for some jargon etc.
