Hey all I'm a Lecturer in Computer Science in a Private College, I need the job but it is extremelly exhausting.Because the institute is understaffed and we have to work more than our job description. I want to attempt CE-2013 also If i want to get my first prefference I need to Top my province i-e Balochistan. Seniors here always advise to Work smart not hard. Can you draw up some guidelines for me? I can only take about 4-5 hours daily for studies after my duties as a Lecturer and Household Duties.

I wont say it is very easy to do but i must say it is doable, and you can do it. if you have confidence and determination to do CSS if you start with proper (and as you said with smart) strategy............

I am work at university as administrator and doing MS in Science and Technology policy making (research work). and i had given two attempts 2011 & 2012 preparing for 2013. i was just short (failed) of four marks in essay paper in 2011 attempt which was my first attempt as i got 36 marks, other subjects went very well, much good then my expectations

the reason to tell my story is because of i have same case as you have i just study 5 hours a day in my first attempt (2011) but concentration is key factor. just start with compulsory subjects read good books, magazine and newspapers for current affairs, it is a subject which can help you in essays also, as you read anything then write a paragraph (or an essay) on the same topic, this will take almost three hours (for both). after that read a topic from Islamiat (i prefer Friday feature of daily dawn). after it if you still have time the take Pakistan affairs and try to read almost full length topic. this is an initial strategy this will give you confidence and understanding to manage the things. and also it will increase your confidence. so start it from today don't waste your time, six months are enough to prepare up to good level. if you have anything else to ask just ask in this thread, Inshallah you will get good response.
