if a student want css after a simple graduate can he do it ...?
is strong educational background need for css...?
is any problem create in interview due to sipmle education background

but majority of people said that fpsc rejected the simple graduate due to low level of education

Smile educational background does not matters
if you are able to clear C.S.S exams then its mean your mental level is much higher than simple graduate, and it does not matter if you have simple graduation degree, just focus at your aim... and remember that you can do anything that others can do...
