Check the following rule:

A candidate must hold at least a Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor degree in any faculty of one of the Pakistani Universities or an equivalent degree or comparable educational qualifications of a foreign University.
A candidate who has obtained a Third Division (or ‘D’ grade) in his/her Bachelor’s Degree will be eligible for the Examination in cases where he/she has obtained a higher Division in Master’s Degree.

You should try to improve your grade in B.A. or to get First Division in Masters.

waqasbaloch145, I know the above answers are still confusing you.

let me give you a clear answer. Look at this Advertisement given by Federal Public service commission.

ELIGIBILITY: Both male and females candidates including disabled persons having
at least 2nd division bachelor degrees between the ages of 21 to 28

Second division starts from 360 marks. that is it! If you have second division, you are 101% eligible.

No matter you have D grade, Or C grade in 2nd division.

Thank you very much. I was so confused

What about this rule:-
A candidate who has obtained a Third Division (or ‘D’ grade) in his/her Bachelor’s Degree will be eligible for the Examination in cases where he/she has obtained a higher Division in Master’s Degree

I think the query is regarding eligibility for css, the rule on education says, ''A candidate must hold at least a Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor degree in any faculty of one of the Pakistani Universities or an equivalent degree or comparable educational qualifications of a foreign University. '' If 2nd Division is written in your degree/transcript, thn no worries, you are eligible.

It means a candidates having a third division in graduation(which makes him ineligible for CSS) can only be eligible for CSS exams if he/she gets a higher division(first or second) in post-graduation.
