Salam respected members! I am new to this forum. I want to appear in CE 2013 but I have not started my preparation yet,can it be covered in the remaining 3 months with no background knowledge?

Categorically, No. Better to go for CE2014.

Dear Mushtaq in this short spam of time you could not cover the syllabus of all your subjects. As you have not started your preparation yet so you should go for CE-14.
If your age is below 26 on cut off date then you should go for CE-14 but if you age is above 26 then you can go for CE-13 as you could not avail your 3 chances after appearing in CE-14.

So choice is yours

Only if you trust yourself. Even if we say yes then too it all depends on you. If you are good at grasping concepts, and devote 8 hours daily, there is no problem. Even you can be one of the toppers. It all depends your will power. And dont think that you have three months. Makeup your mind that you have two months then study wholeheartedly. Its you to decide, In or out.

Three months is the best time span...actually css is a game of three months...and you don't have to have a vast knowledge to top it...css is actually the exam of an average joe...a second division-er's exam...you just need to prep 4 to 5 topics per paper which are expected and that you can find out through the past 5 years paper...the only thing is that your english should be sound...go for the exam...hope seeing you in the dmg group...best of luck!!!

if you have completed notes of all subjects and covered 2 papers then you can easily cover the syllabus before the exam. You should send your application and prepare well. You can do it.

in paper try to read the question carefully and answer accordingly with facts and figures.
