helo salam you all. i want to share my confusion with all of you... of course this forum is made to share the confusions and queries so kindly you all give my sincere advice. guys meri preparation is not good now...my mom got admited in hospital so i did not study well. now i am not ready for any of my optional paper...so i decide to appear in next year with great preparation. but this time i want to sit in all compulsory papers just to evaluate my self. i know this should not be done but as 2014 will be my last chance so i think i should atleast judge what i can perform in compulsory papers ....guide me more...without any satire please..

if 2014 will be your last chance, then you can certainly appear in all subjects including optional, even if you are not prepared well.

its mandatory for to sit in exams because very often luck fever you
and questions which you are prepared are asked in exam so don`t miss exam . another supporting reason is next is your last attempt. so appear in whole exam not only in compulsory

okay but jab mujy optional zara bhi prepare nahi tou main kia likhon gi exam mein...i just want to see by appearing in compulsory that what marks i could get..any how i try for all

You should appear in all the papers..

It may benefit you but wont harm you at least...

Go for complete attempt either you know anything or not ...

By this means you will be able to judge yourself ... that you need to work on which subjects..

here i want to shear with you my B.A, experience when i send my registration i had a little bit knowledge about subjects .in form i wrote
my subjects like wise
punjabi elective 200
persion optional 100
islamic studies elective 200

but when roll number slip came they were rearranged
like wise
persion elective 200
islamic optional 100
here i mention 1 thing that there is a great difference between the course of optional and elective subjective but after that i purchased new books
and there was no break even a day during these papers but i read whole course on a paper night and got number as fallows
110/200 persion
73/100 islamiat
so if u don`t pass it will give u alot of experience
trust on only allah and ask mother to pray

First of all prayers for your mother.
You must sit in all the papers because you never know what destiny will bring for you. Have faith that luck will favour you. I am myself an example. I had only two months and i could not prepare my optionals yet i dared to appear in the exam and by the grace of Almighty i have qualified the written. Same can be your case. Do not waste your attempt by just appearing in the compulsory papers. All the best wishes and prayers for you.

Don't tell me, I am in the same situation not prepared for this attempt , i had to prepare for my ACCA exams that is why couldn't prepare my optional subjects, and the second thing is that i guess i have opted the wrong subjects, such as geography, initially it appeared interesting to me, but when i came across to paper 2, i started getting bore, and then left it unprepared, this time my optional are, geography, psychology, journalism and sociology, anyway one thing i must say, you must not leave any paper, at least do appear in all of them. Getting failed but attempted would be even better than dropping them.

Dear sister ,
you must give the opt papers also it will give you advantage like paper experience of optional subject .if you can work hard and do some quality study within 5 to 6 hour each day you can also clear your opt subjects.
