Exclamation Why Autonomous Bodies Employees Can't avail age relaxation?

My Question is Why Employees of Autonomous Bodies Can't avail age relaxation in CSS. They are also Govt. employees and their Deptt also works under the Umbrella of Govt. of Pakistan. What the reason of this Nepotism?

Because the FPSC said so..
I know it's unfair. I being an employee of an autonomous (only nominally) provincial body myself, I can testify that I am very much a govt. employee & very much answerable to the provincial government. I draw my pay from the provincial exchequer and even the regularization process of contractual employees is done through the PPSC.

It is big injustice with Autonomous bodies employees. Every thing according to Govt but they can't avail age relaxation? Can we do something against this rule?

The logic behind this decision is the adoption of specific pay scale system by some autonomous bodies other than BPS e.g. PIA, OGDC etc. However its sheer injustice with the employees of that Autonomous bodies where the same BPS system is being followed. e.g. WAPDA etc. Anyhow the writ can be filed in any court of law by the employees of Autonomous bodies where the BPS structure has been adopted as the case is strong in their favor. Regards
