AOA,
respected members,
i just want to clarify one news given below. i was just searching and come up with this news please tell me is this right? or just a rumour?

FPSC has decided to take preliminary Exams in
September for scrutiny of competent candidates. Only
passing candidates will be allowed to take Final
Exams in Feb/March. Result of preliminary exams will
be declared in 15 days. No extra fees will be charged
for final exams.


please tell me the authenticity of the news.

Only FPSC can tell but i personally think if they have such plans,they can implement them after CE 2014 most probably.

This proposal was also forwarded to DMG campus for feedback of DMG officers but majority of us was against this move.Lets see and hope for the best.I personally think that this new system will create more confusion and uncertainty.As people have diverse educational back ground so it can suit some of the people but not all.This system is implemented in India but their educational system is much better than ours.

If screening test is introduced then it will be a very good step. It will save time of students as well as FPSC as it would be based on MCQs. Almost everyone has given entry test at some stage of his life like entry tests of universities and colleges and NTS etc.
