Css preparation in karachi university for ce-2013

I have taken KU CSS classes...It is not only cheap in fee but also in quailty.Do not rely on it.They do only compulsory....Its my view....plzzz

CSS is a Competitive Examinations conducted by FPSC in the last week of February every year. The minimum required qualification for appearance in this examination is Bachelors (14 years of education) while the maximum age limit is 28 years.

One has to sit in and clear screening test to make himself eligible for this exam . Screening test will be held on 15 September 2013 this year.

Hi, i am interested in doing CSS. I have done prior research on the basics of CSS and still have a few questions, which are as follow:
1: The course outline or specifically the optional subjects(subjects carrying a total of 600 marks to be selected) and then the group A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H and I. Optional subjects would be a total of 600 from all these groups combined? Or it is like i have to select course individually from the said group? For example; i take 1 subject in Group A (200 marks), 1 from Group B (200 marks) and 1 from Group C (200 marks) and have a total of 600 marks. Or is it like, these groups have certain subjects that you have to take for all group (2 from group A) (2 from group B and so on til Group I)?
2: Is there any fee structure? Besides registration and medical fees, is there a fee on examination?
3: Where are the exams held?
4: What time of the year would be best suited to start CSS?
