is it necessary to apply online i have filled my form with documents,should i send my form at above address as you mention sir

Yes it necessary to apply online. Your application will be rejected if it is not received by FPSC through online on or before closing date.

For online submission of application, comprehensive procedure is available on FPSC website www.fpsc.gov.pk (at link: APPLYING ON-LINE).

Default Online submission is not necessary!
Miss khoso, online submision of form is not necessarily! If you go through CE 2014 advertisement ,dated 30 sep 2014, in the link CE Rules it is mention in para 2 of APPLICATION submision that it is allowed to apply online but compulsory not used for it . . ! And also mentioned that form could also received by couries/mail. It's not compulsory!!!

Applying online is not necessary, you have to choices, either applying online or applying manually. Now you have filled your form manually so you just need to send that form with all mentioned documents to the following address.

Then you should submit your application form manually in the nearest FPSC regional office.

Dear one can also submit the online application at any provincial as well as regional office... its not necessary to send it to Head Office.. I submitted my printed online application in FPSC Provincial Office Lahore in last attempt..
