Just keep track of time. You'll have 150 minutes to attempt 4 questions. Ideally it would be 37 minutes for each question. Or you can take 40 minutes for the first, and 35 minutes per question for the rest, with 5 minutes for revision. Don't let the time exceed for any question. Strictly following this will make it easy for you to finish the exam in time. Practice writing timed answers. If you happen to finish Objective Part quickly then it will buy you more time for Subjective part.

Try to avoid extra care of secondary things in examination. It consumes your time. Secondly draw map or outlines of all questions on last pages in first 30 minutes. Do all brainstorming in this time. Then write and write for 2 hours according to your map.

Remember there can be many tips/tricks to counter this problem (I'll try to share some of them as well) but ultimately practice will be the key. If you are planning to attempt CE 2015, there are approx. 9 months left. I'll suggest you to practice at least one paper every week under real exam conditions and follow these tips along with other suitable tips written by others. Get yourself a watch and try to keep track of time as much as possible in your mock exam. Divide paper into as much short portions as possible. I am not aware of exact paper pattern but as written by BHUDDA , 4 question in approx 150 mins. divide it and keep approx. 35 minutes per question. as you mess up all the times, so surely keep bit less minutes so that you can cover up if you are late. Then try to divide every individual question. Not all but most questions can be broken in to small points. e.g if question demands any kind of arguments, quickly brainstorm and try to come up with 20( or at least16,17) short but solid arguments or 9,10 big solid arguments.( Write all points in one or two words on question paper, if it is allowed in exam). Then allocate time to each individual point. e.g if you have 10 argument . give approx. 3.5 minute per argument. No matter what happens , when your 3.5 minutes are up, you must leave that point and move towards the next one. Same must be done with question as a whole. move towards next question after 35 minutes. If you feel you still have something to write , just leave space but DON'T waste time. Try to understand your speed and estimate how many lines can you write per minute, say its 2 line per minute, so you must know your argument/point should not exceed 6 lines .So you will have to develop a habit of writing precise ,for that practice precis writing a lot . It may be hard in start but i'm sure, you will see gradual improvements if you keep on practicing . P.S You made some mistakes in above post, which means you need to improve your language/grammar skills as well.
