2nd Divisioners
Is there any hostility in the assessment of performance on the written/interview of those with a Division II in their bachelors?
Secondly, is there any bias towards the more qualified, like those having acquired their masters/PhD's, in the selection process or is it completely based on performance in the CSS procedure? Point being, are biases existent or is selection completely merit based (on performance in the CSS)? If so, are their any recent cases that you would like to share of second divisioners (bachelors) having managed to get a merit position/serving in the top cadres of PAS, PSP etc? Your worthy response will be highy appreciated. |

It does not matter If simple BA or PHD!!
@KlasraRauf: 23 candidates who failed in CSS written in 2013, had M.Phn Ph.D qualifications while out of 238 passed, 122 are simple BA: FPSC Report to Senate
This information is only for those who are in doubt of which degree they should have to attempt CSS. For further queries kindly ask!!

css is based on ratta only. just like fsc and matriculation examination. in mphil and Ph.D we do research and research has nothing to do with css.
