CSS Reforms ! join us
Dear CSS fellows ,
we are restructuring our endless efforts to reform CSS recruitment criteria because it is observed that after passing through all the steps of written , psychological and final interviews majority of CSS-qualified remained non-allocated. it is unjust and illegal because in india , bangladesh , and wastern countries all the finalized candidates must get allocation .Further , it has been observed that in 2012, 2013 and 2014 number of corrupt practices , irregularities and nepotism , leakage of papers have been done during written and interview, which show that the most honorable and reputed examinations are also becoming the victim of corruption , nepotism and favoritism. All non-allocated but qualified candidates and those who have been the victim of this system must contact us on given addresses we are ready to fight for our right ! Best Regards! Muhammad Farhan khan abasi (css-qualified 2012, 854 marks) |

This is a very alarming situation, if what you state is true. Involve media and make a strong case against the culprits. If this happens in my year of attempt that is 2015, I will get the media involved in it as I have pinned high hopes on FPSC and believe it to be my last hope in Pakistan.

Yes, I second you. This is one of the alarming and gruesome miseries and unjust practices that prevails in our society and especially the cream lot of Pakistan suffers the most. Reforms in the structure of FPSC are pertinent and the selection procedure is one of those reforms that are badly needed to do. Otherwise, all the efforts will surely go in vain. Govt of Pakistan should put on all this scenario, otherwise, the same bad practices will be on the rise. Joint efforts are must from all sides to achieve the solutions and necessary changes.

I think mr officer2010 hasn't been able to make the merit and now blaming the system. Your total probable marks are 854 - at-least 200 of interview which means you barely passed with 650 marks and wasn't able to make the merit. Same thing happened to one of my friend too. He cleared all the stages but wasn't able to make merit.
I personally think that css exam is the most transparent, as one can get in pakistan, exam being conducted in pakistan. There can be some anamolies here and there but it shouldn't be labelled as a corrupt examination, as did so by officer2010. Officer2010 better luck next time. |
