CSS is an exam for job. if you are doing a professional degree before appearing in css this gives u a positive point for ur career.
you should not leave your degree instead try to prepare for css alongside if you can manage time.....

Please avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?"). Read forum Rules and abide by them.

it depends upon your age. If you are left enough time after your cma then don't quit cma for the sake of css. Try prepare for it alongside as alredy mentioned by a member. After completion of cma you can have a master degree in commerce by HEC, you will be mature enough and hopefully you will b able to tackle english. but if your dream is to be a csp and you think that after cma you'll be over aged then I say leave cma and go in the direction of your dream.
Stay Blessed

The best suggestion will be of managing your degree and studying CSS then you should take a chance never leave your degree CSS is a matter of risk and hardwork so don't leave it.

Long Story Short: Manage time

This is very wrong comparison and question. CSS is not a degree or certification like ICMA, you give an exam and get job in CSS but passing and getting job is based on immense hard work, personal skills and luck. It is not recommended to leave career path like ICMA to for CSS. However, if u think it's difficult then go for B.com, MA economics or M.com as private student along with ICMA and keep preparing yourself for CSS as well.
Another thing that you can never expect to qualify CSS with weak English skills but you can surely work to improve these skills over time.
