Default Can I use a ball pen?
Can I write with a ball pen in written exam of css? I am not fluent with pointer plus I can write neatly with a ball pen, using pointer bothers me :/

You can use any pen of blue or black colour that suits to you.

What do you mean by blue or black pen?
Is black ink allowed too?

answer me, I am good at both pointer and pen, which one would you prefer? Pointer or Pen? Black or blue ?

Blue AND black both inks are allowed so you can go for any one of them or both of them. Pointers, ballpoints, markers etc all are allowed as long as they are blue or black. Choice depends on personal comfort.

There is no any hard and fast rule, you can use any pen that you are in comfort.

i will use cheap ball pen ( rupee 6) in css ....because i hate ink (fountain) pen or pointer since school life .i have gripe on ball pen.

Considering the fact that you will be appearing in 12 exams and writing thousands of words within a couple of weeks at most, not to mention the amount of writing during the months of preparation, you should use the pen that you are most comfortable with.

The same thing i was confused in apearing in ce2015 exam i bring blue ink and ball piont in my first paper
