Smile Help Needed?
If someone working on contract basis in any government department and he/she does not attached NOC to apply on a new job. If selected then what is the procedure to join new department.

If he resigned on 01-01-15 from same date 01-01-15 and his resigned referred to Higher Authorities for acceptance. Now Joining period for new job is 15 days. What he can join new department on 02-01-15 next day of resignation bcoz his resign will be accept from 01-01-15.
