Default Departmental Permission Certificate for CSS 2016

What is the exact procedure of sending the Departmental Permission Certificate to FPSC? Should I ask my departmental authorities to send it to the Commission themselves? Or should I get it signed and stamped by the department and send it myself by attaching it with the hard copy of Application Form? Kindly respond. I need to claim the age relaxation as I have two years experience in BS 17.

Dear, get it yourself, attach it with the hard copy, retain a photocopy of all the documents, and send through TCS.
And, would you mind telling for what you are asking for age relaxation from FPSC?

Hasnain, I am applying for CSS 2016. Do you have any experience of claiming age relaxation or obtaining Departmental Permission Certificate?

Technically the ministry forwards the dpc bearingbsign and seal of DS by a letter to secretary fpsc from dealing SOm it should go directly to commission.

You have to get DPC yourself from your current employement department and attach it with your autogenerated hard copy of your online application.

Secondly, to claim age relaxation you have to be currently working in any government organization that can award you DPC and not some previous job experience. This two years service has to be a continuous one when you are applying for CE-16. That means you can not be jobless while applying for CE-16 and claiming age relaxation on some previous service that was terminated some time ago will not make you eligible for claiming age relaxation.

JazakAllah

Dpc is usually forward by your department. Last year my department told me that they will forward it

If you are currently employed then yes you have to apply through proper channel and DPC along with your application.

Write an application to your DEO and state that in CSS Exam DPC is submitted when applying for the exam and not after qualifying it. That is why you require it now.
