Question Mistake in filling Online Form CSS 2016

If someone makes a mistake while filling the online form and then submits that form, can he edit the form?
Someone suggested on this forum that he can correct the mistake on print-out of the form with pen but FPSC rules says that one cannot do so.

Is there anyone who can give correct information?

What kind of mistake ?
If mistake in ID card # , Domicile , optional subjects it can make serious problem for the applicant.
Minor mistakes may be ignored by FPSC

Domicile issue can not be corrected by hand editing. He will have to contact FPSC in this regard and then further follow their instructions.

JazakAllah
