I was told that by master they mean 16 years education, i have a 4 years honors degree so i am eligible for it.

as the statistics shows there is no relationship between age and maturity as per eligible candidate.

now my personal opinion about your master degree is that that you should concentrate all your efforts towards single goal.as an old adage goes those who try to do everything,ends up with nothing done.

so if your aim is to become CSP,leave everything aside and buckle up for css
