An overseas friend of mine is interested in giving Css exams. Kindly guide me in this regard, if anyone has any idea?

They need to fulfill all requirements documentary, citizen of Pakistan, complete forms etc before last date of form submission.

what else you need to know?

Same is mine question. I am working in KSA and want to appear in CSS 2017. If i complete documents and send application from here, would it be ok or have to do anything else.

Yes. But you have to come to Pakistan to appear in exams.
