Hello,

I am interested in taking the CSS exams in a couple of years but was wondering whether the syllabus changes every year (e.g. having different books on the specimen every year for English Literature.)

The syllabus was changed after 1981 and then in 2015,making it 25 or 26 years between the two time period.Thus,it is extremely hard to believe,close to impossible, that they would change it every year,You should start studying without worrying about such changes.
