Lol. If it had worked, there would be no failed candidates in CSS as future failed candidates would do Istikhara and wouldn't appear in exams.

Istikhara means to know the will of ALLAH SWT. A person can perform istikhara regarding css to know whether this profession will be good for him/her or not. Its just a hint , passing and failing depends on one's hard work and dedication

Kindly, do Istikhara on Syria then. Whether Sunnis are right or Shias. The side that is wrong should surrender to the right side. It'll end the Syrian War after they know the will of Allah SWT.
