Urdu bazaar..You may even get old books there as well.

Main Book Shops in Urdu Bazar Lahore: Ilmi Book House, Sony Book Depot
Main Market Gulberg: Iqbal Book Depot, Aneed Book Depot
Beside these there are many shops in Urdu Bazar as well like Old book house etc and also in Gulberg from you can get used books on cheap prices.
