Paid the fee but forgot to send the form.

I paid the fees but Iforgot to apply online for the last fpsc posts, Adv. 1/2019, due date: 21-1-19, the site says

"Print out of the duly filled Online Form (i.e. Hardcopy) may be obtained and after signing it must be furnished to FPSC so as to reach the FPSC (Headquarters) within 10 days of the closing date i.e. upto 09-08-2018. Preferably, the hardcopies may be dispatched or furnished before the closing date so that delay in transit may be avoided. Onus of proof of dispatch of hardcopy of online form and documents, before the closing date, shall solely lie on the candidate"

So can I now send the hard copy of filled online form?
And do I have to provide the documents?

Please reply soon, I only today remembered that I forgot to submit the online application.
