My D.O.B is 23,Nov 1992.I have a Bachlor Degree In Civil Engineering Technology 16 years Education with 74%age.I want to Appear CSS 2021.

1-Kindly Calculate My Age,Eligibility For CSS Exam?
2-How Many Chances I have to Attempt CSS?
3-CSS Reforms Will Effect My Age Problems?Explain How?

You have 2 chances
You can appear in css 2021 and css 2022
After that you cannot sit in css exams due to exceeding the age limit

So far nothing has been made public about css reforms, so we don't know anything concrete and reliable about the css reforms
