Acceptance letter is sent to a candidate who is selected after qualifying written or interview for a post.In acceptance letter every thing is mentioned,Pay scale,facilities and other term and condition.After acceptance letter candidates report for joining and later on medical.

Acceptance letter is written by candidate to formally accept the job offer and confirm the details of the employment. Normally, job offer are accepted over the phone, however it is a good idea to accept the same formally so that all correspondence is formal and professional. It should be directed to the person who have offered you a job. It should be price and include the followings
a) Thank you note to the employer for the job offer
b) Written acceptance
c) Date of joining (start date)

Default Acceptance Letter
Acceptance letter is just formal acceptance to the terms and conditions offered by employer. When you receive offer letter then you have to tender acceptance to all those conditions mentioned in offer letter. Once you submit your acceptance then you are issued appointment order.
