Reason for asking the question is ....
most of the teachers like Sir Agha Mohsin strictly recommends to use pen with BLUE BLACK INK.......

MR BINDAS....maana ap aik intellectual admi ha..but hum jaisay nalaiq kuch pooch lain to pyaar se b jawan dia ja sakta ha...

brother, you may use any pen with which you are comfortable..

The real demand is of content and neatness..

Use preferably blue or black pen..

No other colour can give more decency to your writing..

And do practice your writing on a blank paper.. (like while practising essay)

I think Pointer, its would give more neat look than ball point or pen !

Well, according to my experience.
No need of lines on either side......it ll take ur time, i would advise u to pray at that time before starting paper rather marking lines....

i used an ink pen and kept 2 spare b.points n 1 ink pen with me.....Ink pens really make a show worth watching with added beauty of marker.....
I never used a ball point. though its true i prepared by writing pages n pages with ball points but i knew that it really pains in hand muscles....
Fortunately, the bearded invigilator in my line was really supportive. He filled my ink pen 2 times in sociology paper with his own ink which was lying in the hall cz i had committed a blunder by not bringing my pot....

ultimately its ur choice where u feel comfortable with what...
