Arrow problem of having two domicile
AOA
if a person having two domiciles and if he is serving on second domicile which is not his original and compete css on his original domicile and he will selected on original domicile now my question is that will his relevant documents including domicile called from his department where he is serving or not ?

you friends are requested to answer this question one of my friend having this problem

Dear legally two domiciles at one time are not allowed. Even if one has two domiciles and he is serving on one domicile, but competing on second domicile, he will be disqualified provided he applies through proper channel that is with departmental permission. If one wants to change his domicile, he will have to surrender his first domicile and wait for 3 years to apply for new domicile.

Well if you are applying through proper channel then you have to follow the same domicile that you have over there it is also your ethical responsibility so you should cancel your one domincile, it is not matter of orgional and fake actually you have to just show your relevence with one district. i think my point in clear to you....

what is the procedure to surrender a domicile in order to obtain new domicile??? if one wants to surrender his domicile,what he should do???

i have two domiciles
both of sindh urban
one of hyderabad and another of khi
i have been using the Hyd one
got khi one made for no specific purpose abd havent used it ever
i want to get it cancelled
can i get to know the procedure pls

Just go the DCO office and apply for cancellation. They will simply receive your domicile and give you a cancellation receipt.
