If you are serving in a good multi-national firm with bright future prospect, you should stay there. A degree in business administration from a prestigious university local or foreign (preferably foreign) will be a boost for your career.
Anyway for engineers experience and the various certifications matter more then master degrees. After all, its all about securing a better livelihood and satisfaction. And CSS is not the only way to achieve this

I have also taken css 2012...n just waiting for the result...didnt start preparation yet ....if result wil be negative....wil think of going for 2014 css...as this time academies' strategies faced great failure in terms of syllabus etc....and n doubt fpsc chnged its past 10 years strategy,,,, bad luck to 2012 candidates exam time went as tragic and full time torture....and now....waiting for the result so that decision may be taken about that
